Do I automatically gain access if I apply?
Everyone is welcome to Apply to attend the OMA3 MSF Connect Sessions. However, due to capacity constraints, applications will be reviewed and only 150 guests will be invited per session. Preference will be given to paid members of the two organizations.

Do I have to pay to attend or is it free?
The session is free.

How do I enter the OMA3 MSF Metaverse in UBUland?
Approved guests will see their ticket in the events tab in their profiles.

How do I get the best performance from the OMA3 MSF Connect UBUland experience?
It’s important that you close other tabs when you enter the UBU Metaverse experiences. This is still new technology and requires a fair amount of processing power, so it’s best to keep your processing load at a minimum.

What do I do if I’m experiencing audio drop off or if my screen freezes?
All you need to do is check your internet connection or refresh your browser. We suggest using Chrome browser to enter UBUland.

Do I need to use a VR headset to enter UBUland?
No, but you can. All you need is a good internet connection, and your desktop, laptop, mobile or VR device.
