SUMMARY:Monetization in the Age of AI
DESCRIPTION:Introducing x402 as the internet-native payments layer for the spatial web\nx402 is an open protocol\, governed by the x402 Foundation\, that brings HTTP 402 “Payment Required” back into practical use as a native payment layer for APIs\, websites\, and autonomous agents. This session will introduce x402 and its relevance to the emerging machine-driven internet\, where agents\, services\, and spatial applications need to discover resources\, understand pricing\, and complete transactions programmatically. \nThe session will then examine the Signed Offer and Receipts extension to x402\, which creates cryptographically signed receipts as verifiable payment records.
