As 2023 comes to a close, the Metaverse Standards Forum leadership is delighted by and very appreciative of all that has been achieved by our Domain Working Groups and members. Over the next several weeks we’ll be sharing reports on this progress via our newsletter and blog.
We’re looking ahead at what’s in store for 2024. In January several members of the Forum’s board including Forum President, Neil Trevett and Forum Board Director and Secretary, Christine Perey, will be attending CES 2024.
CES 2024: Glimpse into the Future
One of our goals is to speak about the future of the open Metaverse and the use cases where real problems are being solved. We’ve been invited by the CTA to present these topics in a CES panel titled, “The Future of a Post-hype Metaverse.” We hope you will join us on Wednesday, January 10 at 11 AM in North Hall Level 2, LVCC, N258 (conference registration required).

Engage with us at CES
While at CES, we will also take the opportunity to increase awareness of the Forum and to connect with stakeholders and others interested in the Forum’s activities. If you want to learn more about Metaverse Standards Forum, our Domain Working Groups and the work we’re doing, our mission or our membership process, we encourage you to get in touch for a meeting at CES.
“At the Metaverse Standards Forum, we’re not just talking about the future; we’re actively shaping it. Our collaborative efforts today are setting the foundation for a truly open, interoperable Metaverse, where digital content, people and reality blend. During CES 2024, we’ll share the achievements reached and the potential that lies ahead. Join us in this journey towards a groundbreaking era of digital innovation and community,” Christine Perey, Forum Board Director and Secretary.
